Tuition is payable monthly on the first day of the month and if it is not paid in full by the 7th, a late fee of $2/day applies until the balance is paid in full. Tuition is payable in advance and is also paid during absences for sickness of personal vacations. Payments can be made via check or Zelle. There is a charge of $20.00 for any returned check.
There is a non-refunable registration fee of one hundred and fifty ($150) dollars.
There is a late fee of $1.00 per minute for any child picked up after 5:00pm.
Payment Policy
Absence
There is no tuition credit or refund if a child is absent. The Academic Director (Ms. Li Zhou) should be notified immediately if a child will be absent on any day. A 2 week advanced notice is needed for any planned absence.
Withdrawal
An advance notice of two (2) weeks in writing is required if the child is withdrawn from the school.
