Teachers & Caretakers
Ms. Li
ACADEMIC director & TEACHERMs. Li is a thirty year veteran of the school. She guides the school’s faculty and staff, fostering an environment where young children can practice daily skills. She leads weekly lessons in Mandarin.
Ms. Marleni
LEAD TEACHERMs. Marleni helps shape the curriculum’s creative offerings and ensures students are engaged in their activities.
Ms. Kari
ASSISTANT TEACHERMs. Kari supports the lead teachers in facilitating a learning environment, guiding students with individualized instruction, and fostering independence, curiosity, and practical life skills
● Supporting the School
Parent Community
Our parent community and volunteers of Baxter Montessori play an active, collaborative role in enriching the school experience for children and staff. Working closely with the teachers, parents help organize and support a wide range of activities—from holiday events, cultural celebrations, and informal gatherings at Silver Lake Meadows. Volunteers often contribute their time and talents to beautifying the campus, supporting fundraising efforts, supporting website and social media activities, and strengthening connections among families through social gatherings and parent-led improvement projects.
